Lampe de Meduse Cru Classe Rose 0.75 2013
Region: AOC Cotes de Provence
Variety: Cincault & Grenache & Mourvedre & Syrah & Tibouren
This vintage bottle is original and full of history. Established in 1950 by Baroness Rasque Laval who gave his name in honor of the Knights of Medusa who had the habit of “Lamper wine”, literally “drink in one gulp large quantities of wine” before each induction, this bottle brand spirits.
The colour is clear with salmon-pink tinges. The nose is complex and intense; it hints at white flowers and citrus. The palate is evocative of the freshness of citrus. Oily and round, it has a very nice, long finish.
