On the nose it shows intense aromas of ripe black berries and black plum mixed with spices and vanilla notes. On the palate is dense and deep. Taut with an elegant structure and a tight texture. Well-integrated tannins. Long aftertaste. It is perfectly matched with red meat grilled or en sauce and all cheeses, especially the local cheeses like Epoisses or Citeaux.
