Very nice intensity in the mouth with a magnificent lingering freshness and acidity. Pure and poised, like the grand vins from gravel soils. A natural wine, fresh and very elegant despite the richness. The wine could be kept for next 10 years. Perfect match for red meats, hard cheeses and game (pheasant).
