Region: Thracian valley   Grape varieties: Grenache Noir 40%, Syrah 36% & Mourvedre 24%   Tasting notes:   Garnet red color. A moderately intense complex aroma combining red forest fruit, sweet spices, earthy nuances - noise, dry mass, wet stone, a hint of fresh leather and chocolate. Medium structure, very well balanced, with a sense of minerality and spice combined with primary fruitiness. A long finish with a sense of velvety ripe tannins. A total of 15 months aging in oak barrels.
